HR-Database is a job site designed for searching employees and job vacancies in the IT field. Information about applicants, employers and projects requiring programmers is stored in the database. Access to the data is provided through the intermediary's web site and differentiates between the following categories: applicants, employers and administrators.
HR-Database is designed for Internet/Intranet. Site administrator is an intermediary firm that represents employers and programmers searching for job.
After signing the contract, programmer receives required information, i.e. user name and password for logging in the system where he publishes his summary and waits for a call. Similarly, employer leaves information about his current demand for programmers.
The system enables administrator to supervise information about programmers' employment, involve programmers in certain projects or dismiss them (having agreed it with the employer), inform employers and programmers about employees or vacancies available, perform automatic search of programmers complying with employer's requirements or automatic search of tasks matching programmer's skills.
HR-Database enables full profile search providing a set of standard as well as specific criteria. The level of compliance can also be defined by search function covering the situation when programmer doesn't comply with all the employer's requirements (e.g. his skill level is adequate but he is already involved in some other project). Such information is also presented in search results. After studying these results employer can change his requirements for programmers or review his project. Employers data and project profiles are processed similarly.
